Refund Policy & Guarantee

We stand behind every single one of our products 100%. After giving our products a fair period of time to perform (up to 60 days), if you do not notice a positive improvement to the ailment that the product was designed to treat, simply send us whatever you have left (even if it’s just an empty container) for a complete refund within the following guidelines:

• All returns must be lodged within 60 days of the date of purchase
• Refund is only offered for your first purchase, we will only accept one used container per customer.
• Refund is for the full purchase of the product excluding postage costs
• Unused bottles must be in resalable condition

If you need to return an item, simply email us to notify of your return. We'll notify you via reply e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

To ensure fast delivery of your order, we at Direct Health Store make daily shipments every business day. We will ship your order within 24 hours, using Australia Post's Express service so you can expect to receive your order very quickly.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery is much quicker.

If you have a large order or a special request for shipping, then please contact us.

Buyers will be charged a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered and returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
